Front Yard

Yellow Rose bush my son got me for combination Mother's Day and Birthday a few years ago. This bush is always covered with beautiful yellow roses. I planted another one next to it that the girls from Beta group gave me this year because I'm President (going into 3rd year as Pres.). They are so sweet. I love this one mainly because my son gave it to me and it grows all summer long, as long as I keep trimming it. It's beautiful!

Garden #5

This is white Lavender. There is a bench to sit on that is on both sides of the slate patio. I love the smell of lavender and purple lilacs. My big purple lilac got destroyed and still have a white one, but they don't put off the same smell as the purple ones. Hope you're having fun!

Garden #3

This is the corn. It has gotten much bigger since this photo. And some pretty good size ears of corn are growing! Usually don't have a long enough season for them to get very big. Last years were a joke. Teeny little things, could have been like the minature corn they have in Chinese food. lol But not this year! Good crop this year. To the left is a sprinkler system my hubby created. Good Job!

Garden #2

These are bush green beans. They don't grow high like the peas, they grow low to the ground.  Good thing for raised beds! lol

This is the first time we ever planted Garlic. Got quite a bit of it too. Kale is growing in the front middle and lettuce on the left row. Hope you are enjoying my garden photos.

Garden

This is our raspberry patch. There is rhubarb growing in back to the left end of the raspberries. Boy, did we ever get a ton of raspberries this year! My  freezer is full of raspberries! It's crazy how many we got off of just one row of them. I love to eat raspberries though, ever since I was a kid.

Backyard #4

This used to be a burn pit. I didn't like it because the dogs would get in it and track soot all over the house. Now it has yellow squash growing. Since this photo I have picked quite a bit of it. My hubby says it is Yellow Zucchini, but I don't think so. Anyway and either way it is very good.

Backyard #3

Bing Cherry Tree. These I love, only got a few this year, but yum were they ever good. The garage/shed is in the background to the left. The fence in the back is covered with a beautiful vine I can never remember the name of. In the fall it turns all sorts of beautiful colors.

Backyard #2

This is my new plum tree as the old one is dying. So got another one started as I like to make plum jam. Even though I don't eat any of it. Everyone else loves it.

New Trick

Take any dry embossing folder and roll your brayer in the ink color you want and then roll the color on the inside of your dry embosser before adding paper. Make your own designer series paper this way. Cool idea huh? Here is a sample one I did.

My Invention

This is a little different from my normal posts but here goes. I created an invention and have entered a contest to get it on the shelves at Walmart. I passed the first part of their requirements and now onto the next stage. I need you all to send this web address to as many people as you can, put it on facebook, email it to friends, put it on your own website, etc. The video will show you what the invention is so you know what you are voting for. You can vote once per day at this website. I thank you all so much, Thank you all in advance, because I know you all care.

https://getontheshelf/walmart.com/product/1bef/Sun-Dot-and-Sun-Spot

Thanks again. You can vote once a day up until Sept. 2nd. This is my last and only chance to finally do something with my invention. I've waited a long time for this. I've been an inventor for 51 years and this is my first chance to finally get one of them to market. You have no idea what this means to me. Love and Kisses to all!  and Keep Stamping!

Framelettes

This is an example of a frame you can make, you can make it even thinner. The next one I do will be thinner than this one. Then you can stamp on your card and frame it. Angle it or just straight on. From the smallest to a large frame, these have quite a few to choose from. The largest one is scalloped.
