Workshop Project

This is a card that flips over four ways so you see something different every time you flip it over. It was difficult to make, but I finally got it. One day when I figure out how to put a video on here I will show how it is done. I used the Flower Shop Stamp set, Wood (130939) or Cling (130942) and Ginham Garden Designer Series Paper (129310),some other DSP I had from last year (the blue) and my favorite this year Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper (126902). It is so cool how this works!

Class Project

We made this card in class.

Easy to make using the Polymere Thank You Stamp Set and the Magnificent Maple,  Wood only (131868) as well as the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set, Wood (130514) Cling (130517). The ink colors are some of the new colors Baked Brown Sugar (131174) Coastal Cabana (131175) and Cajun Craze (126965).

The stamp set I used is called TOO KIND.....the new In Colors are Cantalope, Pistachio and Strawberry! I also used the Fancy Fan embossing folder.  This is a "Z" fold card.

This is a flat bow made with the large oval punch and the wide oval punch and cut in half.......the bow will get squished down anyways when it goes through the mail.

Paper bows are the rage now and so easy to make.......we have a wonderful new Bow Die in the Holiday mini catalog that make "to die for" cute bows which I am sure I will be showing one day soon!

Exchange card

This is an card exchange made by Gale. Very pretty.

She used the Elegant Butterfly Punch (127526). The Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder (129376) and the Gorgeous Grunge Stamp Set Wood (130514) Cling (130517) I really like it. She used different colors for the butterflies and used the Gorgeous Grunge set to add something to the butterflies and the background as well. Love it!  Happy Stamping! Suzy

Envelope Measurements

We have noticed that one of the envelope measurements on the Envelope Punch Board is incorrect. The dimensions for the 5-1/2" x 8" card size envelope are 1/4" too small. The correct envelope measurement for this card size is: 10-5/8" x 10-5/8" (paper size); 4-3/8" (score line). The Envelope Punch Board still functions perfectly and we have corrected the measurement chart on the punch board. New labels are available. Please let me know if you would like one.
Special reminder for Ssimple cards, without a lot of dimension. At Stampin' Up! we love adding dimension to our cards, but that can make the envelope a bit snug.
