Punch out 5 scallop circles. Punch a hole through the middle of all five (layered on top of one another). Lay them out on a plate and spray with water. Put a 'brad' through the holes you punched. Twist them around so they are not exactly lined up. Then just scrunch them up an voila! I love it!
