Cut your paper 1/2" smaller for each layer. Blue first, then white, then blue and white again.
Temporarily put a small amount of double sided tape down on just the White layers.  Stamp your saying in the middle and then stamp snow flakes around the saying. Then tape (with double sided tape) white to blue and then tape it all to your base, white folded. Cool huh?  Have fun Stampin'. See you soon.
