Cute Gift idea

Click on the image to get a bigger view......the snowflake I cut out with the dies that coordinate with the FESTIVE FLURRY set and I used the Silver glitter paper......it's SO pretty in person!  I used the HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS stamp and embossed it in white powder on Cherry Cobbler card stock......Also used some of the new Christmas designer paper.......I have it hanging on a bottle of some of my favorite wine......this makes a great way to give a bottle of anything, really.......a nice gift to take to dinner at a friends home!

Santa Gift Card Holder or Money

I think this is one of the cutest gift card holders I've seen in a long, long time! I love it! Hope you go too.
It is made using our new envelope punch (makes 64 different sizes). It's great! You can even make bows! It is awesome... First photo is the back where you put the card inside.

Sideways Santa lol

I really like this Santa Stamp Set. It makes me feel like a kid again because it is how I remember Santa.
The sayings are cute too. I don't know why my picture came out sideways because that is not how I took the picture. Anyway... Sorry about this photo...

Lots of Christmas Cards

We had a marathon Christmas Card making class yesterday. I'm just going to post them all. I wanted to get these out before Christmas so you could get some ideas for your cards. Some cards I made later that evening and I will post those here as well. Hope you enjoy these. Please leave me a comment so I know there is someone out there reading these.  The snowflake card could use some bling in the middle, I'm going to add a rhinestone!

 Love & Joy was embossed in Silver, came out really nice.

 Deer is gold embossed, we put our sentiment inside the card in gold using stamp pad.

The last card was made in another class I go to. The next photo is from a friend from that class named Gail. What talent and what a sweetheart she is too!

This is a flip card with a few modifications, (done sideways). Poinsetta, not easy to do. I tried, mine didn't look as good as hers.

Santa

This is a cute little Christmas Card made with the Santa Stamp Set. Also used the Christmas Lodge Stamp Set from last year for the Merry Christmas and this years' Christmas Designer Series Paper.  I liked the way it turned out. What do you think? Christmas Goody Bag

Love these little Goody Bags called Muslin Bags (132180). I used the Love & Joy Stamp Wood (131865) with the Gold Metallic Encore Pad (132141). I had to use a non inked marker and go over it again the make it stand out more, but it was worth it. Then I used another set for the tags. Tag it, I think. Some colored twine to add to the bow and made this darling little candy holder for Christmas!

Ornament Card

I love this Snowflake set, if you bundle it you save 15% Wood (133284), Clear (133285). That way you get the stamp set and the Die Cut to cut them out. Here is a card made using this set with the cut outs.

I used the midnight muse 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon (126847) and the new 1/8" Silver Ribbon (132137) together. Punched out a Large Circle to fit all the Snowflakes in first. Then using the Festive Flurry Stamp set bundle Wood (133284) or Clear (122285) I used the Silver Glimmer paper (124005) and cut out the largest Snowflake, then stamped the next smaller size snowflake in Smokey Slate (131179) and cut it out, then stamped the next smaller size snowflake with Night of Navy ink (126970) and cut it out. Using the Frosted Finishes Embellishment in the center (132150). With Merry Christmas stamped on the bottom.  I love it.

Thinlit Frame Card

These new thinlit framelets are so easy to make. I love how this swings from one side to the other and you can put a different saying on each side. So cute. I used some Designer Series Paper to make it pop and some Silver Glimmer Paper behind the saying. The cut out for the label comes with the thinlit set. Fantastic set to have.

This is going to be one of my favorite Christmas Cards. I used Pacific Point Card Stock (111350), Whisper White (100730) and Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper (132341). And the Frosted Finishes Embellishments (132150) (Button that holds the card closed)

Fancy Christmas

This is Christmas card with a hanging snow flake. I used fishing line so it wouldn't show up to hang the snowflake. I bought the bundle Snowflakes with the Die cuts clear (133285) or Wood (133284), you save 15% when you buy in a bundle instead of individually. I love, love, love this Christmas Designer Paper called Winter Frost Specialty Designer Series Paper (132341). I added some Smokey Slate 3/4" Chevron Ribbon (131152) then some Soft Sky Card Stock (131203) and Pacific Point Card Stock (111350). Some bling across the middle, Rhinestones (119246) and small Pearls (119247). I love this card. Wanted to show a close up as well as the whole card so you could see more detail.

Ikat (prounounced "eee-kot") is an Indonesian word that means both the weaving technique and the resulting fabric. Thanksgiving Card

I love these new thinlit Die Cuts. They take a little getting used to but are well worth the trouble learning to use them.
It turns a simple card into an elegant card in no time at all. Supply list to follow:

Sympathy Card

Created sympathy card for my neighbor, her husband passed away.

I used a soft suede card stock (115318) for background and Whisper White (100730) card stock. The Stamp Set is Thoughts and Prayers (128751 Wood) (127805 Clear). Ink: Old Olive (126953) Brights Candy Dots (130931) and Old Olive Ribbon (no longer available) Also did another sympathy later that same week for another friend.
 

Using more blue colors for background with Designers Series Paper but still using the Old Olive Ink and Subtles Candy Dots (130933)

Simple and Sweet

Card we made in class. Used some of the new colors, Crisp Cantaloup and Pistachio Pudding. Stamp set: Million to One, a clear button with a little circle punched out of Crisp Cantaloup. I love it!!
